includes Green Fees, Cart, Range Balls, Boxed Lunch, and
Dinner following play. Make your own foursome.

to be awarded and refreshments will be served on the golf course.
We are soliciting cash donations and prizes. AGAIN, this year you will
be
able to purchase mulligans.
